Q1: What makes our products so special?

All our products are one-of-a-kind as they are handmade by skilled artisans.  The products are either made by recycled and upcycled materials, or created manually using sustainable or renewable resources. Each piece is unique and has a different touch in colours, texture, tone and finish. 

 

Q2: What is the refund/return policy?

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read our full policy here.

 

Q3: How can I make payment?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, ApplePay or Google Pay. If you're a Singaporean resident you can also buy now and pay later through hoolah – 4 instalments over 2 months with 0% interest. Read more about hoolah.

 

Q4: How long will it take before I receive my order?

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Within Singapore, it might take 1-2 days, for the rest of the world it will take longer. We will inform you once your products have been shipped. 

 

Q5: What are the shipping cost?

Shipping is free within Singapore. For international shipping, the charge is SGD20 for orders below 100 SGD. For orders above 100 SGD the shipping is free worldwide.

 

Q6: How can I contact you for a special request? Are you able to produce company giveaways.

While our products are either one-of-a-kind or handmade in very small batches we can work together with our artisans to provide you with the perfect giveaway for the ethical and socially conscious brand. You can reach us at info@craftsbutik.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Q7: What currency can I pay in?

Currently we accept payments only in Singapore dollars (SGD).

 

Q8: I would like my handmade products to be sold on craftsbutik.com, how can I make that happen?

If you are an independent artisan making unique products that you believe would be a great fit for craftsbutik.com, please send an email to info@craftsbutik.com and tell us more about who you are, your products and how you create them. You may also want to provide any applicable social media links for us to get a visual look. We will get in touch to discuss any opportunities further.

 

Q9: How do I maintain the products in good condition?

Strong heat, such as the stove or microwave, may damage the ceramic products.

The beaded necklaces are best stored lying flat, in order to avoid unwanted stretching.

Brass will tarnish with wear. If you don't have any brass cleaning products lying around at home there are several traditional options you can use. Soap and water will remove most dirt. Another alternative to restore the shine is to use lemon juice (or ketchup), rinse well with water, polish and dry afterwards.

The tagua nut jewellery are best kept away from prolonged direct sunlight and water. Avoid spraying perfumes, lacquers and cosmetic products directly on the product. Do not clean with chemicals, use only water and cotton with mild soap. Do not swim or shower wearing jewellery.

 

Q10: Why is the colour of the product not exactly the same as on your website?

Depending on the light and your device, there might be variations between the image on the webshop and the actual product.
